To become a member of Guest in House Association and gain access to MyApp or MyApp Corporate, hotels must submit a request through our Contact Form. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure the hotel meets the quality standards and requirements of the program, maintaining a consistent level of quality across all member properties.
Once approved, we will contact the person listed in the form to communicate the decision and guide the hotel through the next steps, including payment instructions, initial setup, and available customization options. The process is simple and designed to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding.
MyApp
MyApp is designed for individual hotels and provides a dedicated app for a single property, customized with the hotel’s name and logo. It centralizes all hotel information in one digital space, accessible at any time from guests’ smartphones.
The app helps improve communication with guests and delivers a smoother experience throughout the stay, keeping all information consistently up to date.
Management is handled through an intuitive cPanel, allowing hotel staff to manage content in real time without technical knowledge. In addition, the app can be expanded with extra elements to adapt to the specific needs of each hotel.

MyApp Corporate is designed for hotel groups and offers all the features of MyApp in a single app that manages multiple hotels. The home screen is fully customized to match the corporate website, unifying the brand and offering guests the same information available online, but within the app.
When selecting any hotel from the list, the full MyApp experience begins, with interactive content and detailed information about all the services of that property. This can be repeated for each hotel in the group.
Each hotel manages its data independently through its own cPanel, ensuring that updates made by one hotel do not affect the others. Centralized management reduces operational effort while maintaining brand consistency across the entire group.
